Pulling in some fresh cables 💪

We were recently tasked with providing power for a stable block in Hermitage near Dorchester. We pulled the new cable in through the underground ducting and connected up some new indoor and outdoor lights. The horses will be grateful in the winter, that's for certain!!

There's just one more cable pull to go before this project is complete!

⚡️Meet the faces behind Absolute Electrics. First up- Luke!

If you've had us round to look at your electrics, chances are you've already met our lead electrician, Luke.

Luke started Absolute Electrics in 2024, alongside working full-time- he was out every evening and weekend changing lights, updating fuseboard and solving people's electrical problems. He had one simple goal: provide high quality electrical work with the kind of service you'd happily recommend to friends and family.

In January 2026, he took the leap of faith to go full-time and so, here we are today.

Whether it's a full rewire, consumer unit upgrade, fault finding or just adding a couple of extra sockets- you'll always get clear advice, tidy workmanship and someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly.

We're proud to be a local business serving Dorset and the surrounding areas!

We've had such a busy summer so far with lots of exciting projects going on behind the scenes.

These funky light up ceiling fans were a great addition to beat the heat through this long hot summer we've all been enjoying!

We think this customer will be able to sleep much more comfortably now these are all in place

We're so pleased to see the months of hard work pay off and we think we can all agree, it looks great!

It was such a pleasure to work with Hannah and Matt at to get their cafe lit up and ready to start serving some of the best coffee around

From an (almost) empty unit to a beautiful fully functioning cafe, this was such a great project to work on and help bring Hannah's vision to life

Next time you're in Middlemarsh, make sure you pop into the Lambing Shed Cafe for great coffee and a delicious homemade brownie (or two)!!

Workshop revamp

It was time to bring the electrics in this workshop up to date- we don't need to tell you which are the before and after photos!

A new connection cable, new fuseboard, fresh sockets and new (working) lights 💡
