📢 Ferrari Groundworks Ltd – Business Update & Polite Notice
After a lengthy VAT transfer process, we are pleased to confirm that Ferrari Groundworks is now fully operating through Ferrari Groundworks Ltd.
This means we can now begin the process of formally closing our original partnership accounts. As part of this transition, there will be a few important changes moving forward:
• All future invoices will be issued by Ferrari Groundworks Ltd only.
• Our payment details will change. The correct bank details will be clearly shown on all new invoices, so please ensure you use the details stated on your invoice when making payment.
• Our VAT number remains unchanged.
A polite notice to our existing customers:
If you currently have an outstanding invoice with us, we would be very grateful if this could be settled at your earliest convenience. This will allow our accountants to begin finalising and closing the partnership accounts.
Our payment terms can be found on your invoice and, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed with us in advance, we kindly ask that these terms are followed.
We appreciate that there has been a considerable amount of administration involved in moving from the partnership to the Limited Company, and we would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding while we complete the remaining legal and accounting requirements.
Most importantly, Ferrari Groundworks Ltd continues to provide the same services, with the same team and commitment to our customers – simply operating fully through the Limited Company going forward.
