This is our current job.
We have stripped out an existing kitchen extension and added some french doors with sidelights, two rooflights, plastered the walls and fitted limestone flooring ready for new kitchen to be installed.

I am writing to provide a reference for Wayne Mills (Wayne Mills Construction), who has recently completed building work on our house Castle Lodge, Milden. This house has been signed off by the council.

Wayne has worked with our family for many years on various jobs and is incredibly skilled, which is why we chose him to build this unique, octagonal shaped house for us.

From the beginning, Wayne is very easy to work with, professional and highly skilled. You can see this demonstrated in the finish of the Lodge House. His ability to coordinate his team has meant that the construction of the house has worked really well, within budget, and we could not be happier with the end result.
We would have no hesitation with recommending Wayne, or with using him and his team for future projects. We would be more than happy to chat to anyone wishing to have more information.

The Lime plastering and paved areas around the building are now completed ready for landscaping. We are now finishing off the internal works and will post more photo's of the inside when completed. It really has been a wonderful project to be involved in.
