Sometimes people’s needs change and their houses need to be adapted to suit.
Here we removed a bath and moved a basin to make way for a new shower enclosure fit for the use with the help of occupational therapists.
This was a council funded job and as always we did our best to match the new shower area in with the old in whilst keeping cost down without having to completely re-do the bathroom.

combination boiler with 10 years parts and labour warranty and and an water conditioner protecting the whole system from hard water making the dream combination.
New radiators and thermostatic valves throughout.

Old, inefficient and potentially dangerous floor standing gas boiler removed and replaced with a 40kw system boiler.

We installed a 40kw FlexEJ low loss header which provided hydraulic separation between the Primary and secondary system circuits. This resulted in the 30 existing radiators in the property getting up to temperature and working better than ever, some even getting hot for the first time in the clients memory 🔥.
