✨ Heritage property wallpaper transformation in Clare ✨

Another beautiful project completed by the JABdec team on this stunning heritage property in Clare.

As always, the finish starts with the preparation 👌

🔹 Walls prepared using our Mirka sanding system with dust extraction
🔹 Cracks filled and raked out using TouPret TX110
🔹 Walls fully sized
🔹 Wallrock Fibreliner installed to create the perfect base
🔹 Finished with beautifully hung Mulberry wallpaper

It’s been a while since we’ve posted, so we thought we’d give you a little update from JABdec LTD.

Apologies for the lack of posts over the spring and summer — it’s not been because we’ve been sitting around!

It’s been prep, prep and more prep for us lately, getting things ready for our latest project at a beautiful heritage property in Tuddenham St Martin.

There’s a fair bit that goes on behind the scenes before the main work can really get underway, and we’ve been busy getting everything prepared and making sure things are right from the start.

We’ve taken a few photos along the way, so here’s a little look at what we’ve been up to.

Another stunning project completed at Ganges Point on the Shotley Peninsula ✨

We installed this beautiful “Fornasetti” wallpaper in the entrance lobby of a lovely apartment — a real statement piece that transforms the space.

Preparation was key:
✔️ Thorough sanding of all walls using our Mirka sander and dust extraction system
✔️ Full lining with Wallrock Fibreliner for a flawless finish

Jack, our Year 2 apprentice, is continuing to develop his finishing skills using Johnstones Aqua Satin, showing great attention to detail and steady progress.

Meanwhile, Jake, our Year 1 apprentice, is getting hands-on experience applying AF1 to papered ceilings — learning the fundamentals that every great decorator needs.

Everyone starts somewhere, and with the right guidance, support, and opportunities, they grow into skilled professionals.

We’re proud to be part of that journey.
