Sunbury on Thames based Carpenter with 30 years experience. Bespoke furniture, furniture renovations, wardrobes, Garden maintenance, jet washing ,handyman All work considered. Terms & Conditions: Non refundable 50% Deposit will be required prior to start date to confirm booking. 25% will be required on arrival to site & 25% on completion of the job. Clients are required to be on site at completion

to sign off the work as completed & pay the final instalment. I will explain drawer runners etc at this stage so please be prepared to be on site on last day. Carpentry work will create dust & Ted Neale will cover surfaces to the best of his ability however the client must be aware dust will occur. If extra cleaning is required at the end of the last day this will incur an additional cost of £100. The design of the job will be quoted as an estimate & if any changes to the original design occur it will be subject to additional costs for labour & materials. If clients employ painters or decide to paint it themselves and any damage occurs to my work ie draw runners get damaged I am not responsible. I can revisit to try to rectify problems , however there will be a £50/ hr fee plus any materials needed. I advise all decorating or new carpets are done after the carpentry work is fitted. Final payment is required on day of completion by Bacs or cash.
