We want to sincerely apologise to anyone we’ve upset due to delays in our work.
We’ve been under a significant amount of pressure, and the workload has unfortunately built up more than expected. I’m doing everything I can to keep our customers happy, but the first few months of the year brought prolonged wet and cold weather, which has put us in this position.
We are working hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible. However, trying to catch up while also keeping our 2026 schedule on track has proven challenging.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to putting things right.
