Today is World Su***de Prevention Day 🙏

So I just wanted to speak up as a reminder to please please don’t ever think that su***de is the answer.

I still find this a little difficult to talk about, but I think it’s important I do.

I carried a lot of guilt and shame for many years about trying to take my own life, but I was totally done with life (so I thought), my mind had convinced me that I wasn’t worthy of a life and that everyone, even though it would break their hearts, would be better off without me in the long run.

I thought there was no future and no way out.

But I couldn’t have been more wrong!!

As I sit here today writing this, I’m so so grateful for life, I love what I do and the first words I say every single morning are “THANK YOU”.

To think about all the wonderful things I would’ve missed out on had I not been here doesn’t even bare thinking about.

So please please, I promise no matter how dark things seem, things do get better, please never give up, there is always HOPE ❤️❤️❤️
