𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙂𝙍𝙋 𝙁𝙄𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙄𝙉 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 (𝙁𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙏 𝘽𝘼𝙇𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙔) - scaffolding put up and Cast iron balcony removed. Roof was stripped back to original timber packed out and reboarded. We changed the layout of the drip edge on the roof for water to flow better off the roof. New grp fibreglass resin roof installed and new code 4 lead flashings in brickwork for the roof. All cat iron balcony put back together and installed back to original condition. Scaffolding carried out by Safework scaffolding n.e ltd 👍👍

𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝘿𝙍𝙔 𝙍𝙄𝘿𝙂𝙀 𝙎𝙔𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙈𝙎 - 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙐𝙑𝙋𝘾 𝙂𝙐𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂, 𝙁𝘼𝙎𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙎 & 𝙎𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝙏𝙎 - all old guttering and downpipes Removed and replaced with all new uvpc guttering, fascias and soffits. All old Ridgetiles and mortar removed and all new Ridgetiles installed with dry ridge systems. New slate linear dry verge systems installed on front peak. Realy makes a difference on the appearance of your property with the dry ridge and all new uvpc. The original Welsh slate roof was still in realy good condition but the ridgetiles and mortar was starting to perish so our customer decided to install a dry ridge system for the longevity of the roof. Scaffolding supplied by Safework scaffolding n.e ltd.

𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙐𝙇𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙁𝙇𝙀𝙓 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙄𝙉 𝘽𝘼𝙇𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙔 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 - our customer has beem struggling with damp and leeking from the balcony for years with numerous repairs but nothing worked from previous roofers. Some jobs there are no way of solving the propblem unless everything is redone correctly. Everything on the balcony had to be stripped back to the original surface (asphalt roof) as there was water trapped under the tiling. Everything cleaned down and prepped and new ultraflex flexible resin roof installed (liquid rubber) this was a four layer resin system with non slip granules added with the ultraflex topcoat with it a balcony for foot traffic. All original lead flashings dressed back into original condition and resealed 🌞🌞🏠👍👍

𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙁𝙄𝘽𝙍𝙀 𝘾𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙎𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 (𝙁𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙏 𝙎𝙄𝘿𝙀) - we installed some velux windows in the rear side of the roof for our customer a couple of years back so he asked us to replace the front side of the main roof due to recent storm damage. Roof stripped back to rafters. All new breathable felt membrane and new 25x50mm treated timber battons. All our new roofs will always include dry ridge and verge systems on the roof (maintainance free roof no cement) All new code 4 leadwork installed around the chimney. 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙂𝙍𝙋 𝙁𝙄𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙄𝙉 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 (𝙁𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙏 𝘽𝘼𝙔) - we needed a scaffolding on this job for work access with the size and the detail needed on the roof. Roof was stripped back to original timber packed out and reboarded to level every out as we removed the problematic old internal lead outlet. We used oversized drip trims for the roof for a better finish to cover all concrete edging. New grp fibreglass resin roof installed and new code 4 lead flashings in brickwork for the roof. Scaffolding carried out by Safework scaffolding n.e ltd 👍👍

𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙂𝙍𝙋 𝙁𝙄𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙄𝙉 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 rear existings felt roof replacement - roof stripped complety off and a coupe of rafters replaced. Roof insulated and new grp fibreglass resin roof installed. Lots of tricky and problematic areas with the roof with the shape of the parapit walls and coping stones etc... so everything boarded and trimmed and fibreglassed in with the roof.

𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙏𝙄𝙇𝙀𝘿 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 - 𝘾𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙏/𝙉𝙀𝙇𝙎𝙆𝘼𝙈𝙋 𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙌𝙐𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝙏𝙄𝙇𝙀𝙎 (𝙁𝙍𝙊𝙉𝙏 𝙎𝙄𝘿𝙀 𝙊𝙉𝙇𝙔) - the origional front side if the roof was tiled (rear is slated) and the tiles were starting to shell (flaking apart) when this happens on a tiled roof its pretty much at the end of its life and would need to be replaced as it would be a ongoing problem with the tiles simply just breaking away and coming off the roof. Our customers chose these antique red crest roof tiles look brilliant on the roof and quite suiting to the area. We decided to install anthracite uvpc up the gable wall for a neater finish on the job. All our new roofs are fully guaranteed for 10 years from date of completion 🟥🔴🌞🌞📝🏠👍👍
