A calm, contemporary family home in Ashtead.

On this house, the brief was to take a tired 1930s property and give it a new life: more natural light, better flow for family living and a front elevation that feels quietly confident on the street.

We reworked the entrance with a new porch and glazing, introduced larger windows to the rear and carried a simple palette of brick, timber and soft greys through the hallway, stair and first‑floor landing. Inside, the focus is on considered details – the herringbone floor, the way the light falls down the stair void, and bathrooms that feel solid and uncluttered.

We're Jewel Bespoke Build - a family-run premium residential builder, based in Surbiton and working across Surrey and south-west London.

Three generations of the Reilly family have spent the last 30 years restoring, extending and rebuilding homes for people who care deeply about where they live. Founder Les Reilly still walks every site. His son Nigel runs the business day-to-day. Our project directors lead each build personally, from the first set of drawings to the final handover.

Jewel Bespoke Build Ltd is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Site Manager to join our growing team.

We have ongoing and upcoming projects across Surrey and surrounding areas, and we need someone who can confidently take control on site, manage trades, ensure quality standards, and keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing residential construction projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site organisation

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Carpentry background & SMSTS preferred.
