New cast window sills installed for a returning client in Coulsdon, the old ones had cracked in various places and had seen better days to say the least. Broke them out and installed new ones. Also laid a small patio area for them in the corner of their garden (using some Indian sandstone slabs they had left over from previous work) for use as a seating area. 💪🤘

My clients in Carshalton was having issues with mice, the floor got taken up to find out where they was getting in. I'm pretty sure I found the area, and thoroughly cleaned and blocked it off, acoustic insulation was added between the floor joists, all gaps between the walls and floor were also filled in and new skirting boards installed. 💪🤘

Section wall raked out and re pointed for my clients in Barnes. Also installed a water butt for them as well. 💪🤘

Even the little jobs matter. 👌 Grab rail installed in the shower, some recessed handles installed on the sliding wardrobe doors, new hinges on the W.C window, Ring doorbell installed and new lead flashing on the canopy roof completed for a new client in Kingston. 💪🤘

Flat roof completed for a long time returning customer in Osterley. The roof was old, split all over the place and leaking badly. The roof was completely stripped off, new firrings added to increase the fall of the roof as the existing was pretty much level (original roof construction from 1850). Installed new 18mm osb board, with arris rails round the edges to further deflect the water away from the parapet walls. There was also an odd step down on the roof nearer the guttering, so I added new sloped timber to remove the step as requested by my client. Then 3 layer torch on felt was installed over the top to fully seal and protect the roof (and room below) for years to come. Thanks again to PA Roofing for installing the felt for me, another flawless job mate. 🤘
