Bathroom in hextable recently completed, customer had a leak in the wall which caused a lot of damage so they decided they wanted to redo the entire bathroom.
I moved the toilet and moved the shower valve so they could turn it on and let it warm up before having to walk in.
All work completed by myself, except plastering.

Old inefficient leaking boiler swapped for a more up to date efficient ideal heat only boiler along with gas upgrade.

10 new radiators installed including a flush through a magna clean pro2 system filter to protect the boiler and keep system running efficiently, all new pipe work as this was a microbore system and just didn’t work properly.

En-suite bathroom refurb, this was a shocker as there was push fit fittings in concrete floors which all had to be pulled out and rerun in copper.

Strip down service on this vaillant boiler hadn’t been serviced for a few years.

Vanity basin unit change due to water damage. Customer managed to get an exact replacement but with a colour change.
