The customer had an old inefficient boiler leaking left right and centre, we swapped this for a top of the range 10 year warranty Baxi boiler and tidied the hidious pipework below (was fully insulated after the pictures)

This may not be true, here we fit a 40kw boiler that’s more than cable of running the 17 radiator system with 3 bathrooms, being much more gas efficient and more practical saving more space than a traditional or pressurised cylinder system.
