This month we are celebrating Shane Stafford for hitting the milestone of 20 years' service with Alpha Rail.

Shane joined us as a trainee welder, moved on to an estimator role and worked his way up to Sales Manager. Shane's career path reflects his dedication, commitment and a willingness to take on new challenges.

To mark the occasion we presented Shane with a commemorative watch; a small thank you for two decades of loyalty and hard work.

Well done Shane and a massive congratulations from us all ⭐

This week we recognise Rob Betteridge for reaching an incredible milestone of 40 (FORTY 😱) years service with Alpha Rail 🥳

Over the decades Rob has steadfastly contributed to Alpha Rail's growth with dedication, reliability and a strong work ethic.

40 years service is a rare achievement at any company and we’re grateful for the skill, commitment and consistency Rob has shown throughout the years.

After the best part of 40 years of dedicated service at Alpha Rail, we all gathered to bid a warm and heartfelt farewell to Steve Holmes as he begins his well earned retirement.

As a skilled machine operator, Steve has been a cornerstone of our components team and his commitment, had work and camaraderie will be deeply missed.

We’re all truly sorry to see Steve go (especially so soon after Trev’s departure), but we wish him nothing but happiness, good health, and plenty of well deserved relaxation in this next chapter of his life.

Steve said he would like to offer no apologies whatsoever to any Derby fans for the cake 🍰 😉

Happy Retirement Trev! 👏

After nearly 15 years at Alpha Rail as a skilled machine operator, Trev has officially retired. We celebrated his incredible contribution yesterday with a fantastic send-off, and it’s safe to say, he’ll be missed by every one of us.
Thank you, Trev, for your hard work over the years. Wishing you all the best in your retirement - enjoy every minute!

We’re absolutely thrilled to congratulate our apprentice welder, Ethan, who has successfully completed his apprenticeship and officially qualified!
Ethan’s dedication, growth, and hard work over the past months have been a shining example of what determination can achieve. Watching him develop his skills and confidence on the shop floor has been wonderful.

Here’s to the start of an exciting new chapter.
