We further work closely with local Mortgage brokers should you need to discuss any finances to fund the project. PLEASEDONT WALK YOUR DOGS!
The temperatures are rising over the next week take your dogs out really early in the morning or late on in the evening a dog has never died from missing a few walks but walking them in extreme heat can cause serious illness or even death!

Plenty of cold water and keep in shaded area if possible out in the garden 🐶🐾

Feel so sorry for all dogs in this heat we have 3 boys one of them being a fluffy rottweiler so lots of frozen carrots for snacks fans on and cold water dotted around 🩵🐶🐾

🚧 FAQ Series | Do I need planning permission for a garage conversion? 🚗🏡

✅ In many cases, garage conversions can be completed under Permitted Development Rights without the need for planning permission.

🏠 This generally applies where the existing garage is being converted internally and the overall footprint of the building remains unchanged.

🪟 Replacing the existing garage door with a window and brickwork can often be completed without planning permission.

⚠️ However, planning permission may still be required if Permitted Development Rights have been removed, the property is listed, located within a designated area, or subject to a planning condition restricting garage conversions.

📋 Whilst planning permission may not always be required, Building Regulations approval will usually be necessary to ensure the new room meets current standards.
