Burton Building Solutions Ltd was incorporated on the 11th October 2006. The decision to combine the skills, knowledge and over 50 years shared experience in construction, of two working directors, was made as Mick Whitebrook and myself, Steve Yardley, both strongly feel that the building trade, particularly domestic projects, deserve an enhanced approach in attention to Client desig
n preference, Client individuality and outstanding, consistent, quality standards. Our team consists of myself, Steve, a general builder, covering both domestic and commercial building projects, Mick, who specialises in bespoke joinery manufacture, Sarah, our company secretary/building control advisor and Haze, attending to the office/admin department of the company. We provide our Clients with a highly personalised service and continual communication with our Clients throughout their project ensuring Client satisfaction at all times. We strive to complete projects as cleanly and efficiently as possible, with minimal disruption, to the highest standards in workmanship and finished detail. Specialising in New Builds, Heritage and Listed Properties, Eco Builds, Extensions, Loft & Garage Conversions, Conservatories/Sun Rooms, Alterations, Bespoke Joinery, Refurbishment, Renovation, Bathrooms & Kitchens etc. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to specific project design details
and Client requirements. Covering a vast range of projects, from general maintenance to unique, New build, custom designs. Our service caters for every aspect of each project. Our in house bespoke joinery manufacture service creates a seamless flow in project progression whenever joinery elements are required. All trades are covered and in addition, we will project manage, co-ordinate/schedule the progression of works and liaise with all authorities concerned on behalf of our Client. The extent of our involvement is purely based on a Clients personal preference. We actively encourage our Clients to have as much control over their design and build as possible. We feel the experience of a new property development can be very rewarding for Clients. However, we are also very aware of the frustration Clients may encounter when dealing with technicalities and are more than happy to fully support, assist and advise with these areas to alleviate any associated stress. Our extended team of certified sub contractors are utilised whenever required or prove to be a more cost effective option for our Clients, dependent upon the scale of build. Since incorporating the company we have developed a large number of extremely satisfied Clients. Many of the projects we have undertaken are truly unique and reflect exactly what the Client has specified, consistently exceeding their original expectations. The majority of our enquiries are a direct result of recommendations and referrals from our existing Clients, many of which return to us on a regular basis. References from past, returning and current Clients are always available upon request. We can provide gallery images of our "work in progress" through to completion for a variety of different builds. In addition, many of our Clients are more than happy for arranged visits to take place, enabling the opportunity for first hand inspections of our quality and craftsmanship. All of our work is fully guaranteed, regardless of scale. The diversity and individuality of our Clients designs are of the utmost importance to us and it is always a pleasure to help them achieve the results they envisage.
