A nice little utitly extension and conversion of the former utilty into a walk in pantry, which the team recently completed in Sporle, Mid Norfolk.

Project completed just before Christmas. A stunning single story extension to a previously renovated Norfolk cottage in mid Norfolk. After a challenging start due to having to carry out unforseen structural and supporting works to the rear of the property, the team proceeded to construct a garden room with a traditional style roof lantern, a utilty room and large bathroom. To the outside a large patio with oak sleepers and retaining posts was installed. Thanks to all involved.

As a new week approaches, it's time to share another great review from a happy customer. This time, it's a loft conversion we completed last year. Rather than actually converting the original roof space, we had to remove the structural roof altogether, install some seriously big structural steels, and then construct the roof from scratch again. We created a large bedroom with storage cupboards and then re-purposed the tiles from the original roof, so once completed, you could hardly tell we had been there at all from the outside. An enjoyable project and happy customers. Get in touch for any loft conversions, extensions, or new build requirements.
