WE ARE RECRUITING-

GROUNDWORKS AND LANDSCAPING LABOURER

Due to an increase of workload we are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworks/Landscaping labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of groundwork, landscaping and construction projects and must have experience in these relevant fields. A full driving licence is essential, as travelling between sites will be required.
Carrying out general groundwork including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and concreting
Excavation and trenching for drainage and utilities
Laying pipes and drainage systems
Preparing and clearing construction sites
Assisting with paving, slabbing, and other groundwork tasks
Loading and transporting materials between sites when required
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
Working effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Proven experience operating diggers/excavators
Previous experience in groundwork or construction
CPCS or NPORS ticket for excavator/digger preferred but not essential
Good understanding of site health and safety
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to carry out physical work on site

Operating digger/excavator machinery safely and efficiently
Carrying out general groundwork including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and concreting

Nice little job recently completed

50m of fibre ducting trenched down the side of a lane, sanded, marker taped and backfilled whilst keep access open for cars.

This one was a very enjoyable project, groundwork’s for a 30m diameter slurry tower.

• Approximately 2,000ton of subsoil excavated
• Land drainage installed accross the site
• Foundations poured and interlocking concrete retaining wall formed
• 1,000ton of type 1 levelled and compacted
• Concrete ring beam foundation
•110m3 concrete slab poured
