We had a late night call out to attend our customers property after they found themselves unable to lock the door leading to their garden. The customer had recently had the door fitted but found it had become increasingly difficult to lock until the door was no longer lockable, leaving their property unsecured. Not wanting to leave the door open over night they gave us a call. After some adjustments to the door we had the door back working as good as new and their home secured once again. We had a call from a customer who had just purchased their first home and were looking to replace the current locks to secure their new property. We received a call from a customer whose door had deteriorated over time, to the point where the door had unfortunately become unable to be locked. Leaving the customer unable to secure their home. On attending the property we found a completely seized mechanism which was causing the problem. The door was given a full service and adjustments were made to get the door back to full working order without the additional cost of replacement parts. Having problems securing your home? Our customer got in touch as they had no access to their loft due to lost keys and were desperate to utilize the space for storage.
