We had a call from a customer who was unable to lock the front porch doors and rear french doors on their property, leaving their home unsecured. After carrying out a service and realigning both sets of doors we had these back to full working order. We also replaced the spring cassettes in the handles which had been damaged due to the doors being left unaligned for some time. Are you having problems locking your doors?
