M+E .plumbing n electrics.1st fix.
No way of getting a gene .up stairs .or down hallway.When the architect decided .We need a steel here.
I put in on a gene. Pulled it tru 1st floor window. Git it up And tru this whole. Total time 42 mins 👌

Originally a stair case .so the original steel was 8ft short.7 meters. Luckily .there was a door way here to be bricked...
