This particular customer wanted to add another bedroom to this property without altering the existing bedroom next door…

In order to do so a bathroom (en-suite) and walk-in wadrobe was ripped out to unlock the extra space to gain the new 6th bedroom within the property👏🏻

✅Rip out old walls and strengthen existing walls
✅ Create new openings
✅New door linings fitted symmetrically in accordance with existing opposite bedrooms
✅ Dot&Dab bathroom walls
✅Block up old openings
✅ Re-fit oak doors
✅ Skirting
✅ Architrave
