Repairs carried out yesterday at the Roma Fish Bar Morriston.

🔨Removed old guttering and down pipe.
🔨Removed old rotten backing board.
🔨Fixed new 6x1 treated backing board.
🔨Installed new white facia.
🔨Installed new white round guttering(down pipe to be complete once the front of the shop is plastered.
🔨Installed felt support trays.
🔨All rubbish removed the same day.

A New flat roof completed last week at Fortes Ice cream parlour,Limeslade,Mumbles

What a fantastic location to be working at and for two great customers.

⭐️Strip and remove old felt roof
⭐️Remove old ice cream cooler unit amd frame from the back of the property
⭐️Remove the rotten ply from the side and renew
⭐️Fix 18mm OSB T&G deck boards
⭐️Glue Black epdm firestone rubber roof covering
⭐️Fix black edging and gutter trims around the perimeter of the roof
⭐️New guttering and downpipe
⭐️Remove all waste from the property

A New flat roof completed 2 weeks ago at the ROMA chip shop,Townhill.

The customer needed more storage space,so the first thing to do was put a new flat roof on this big outbuilding.

⭐️strip and remove old tin roof and frame ⭐️Fit new 4x2 wall plates
⭐️6x2 joist
⭐️treated backing boards and white facia
⭐️18mm OSB T&G deck boards
⭐️Black epdm firestone rubber roof covering
⭐️black edging and gutter trims around the perimeter of the roof
⭐️white guttering and down pipe

Another new flat roof installed for great customers of mine This is the third and final roof I have completed for them.
This roof has been changed twice since the shed was built 8/9 years ago,(poor workmanship)So the best course of action was to fully strip it and start again.

⭐️strip the old roof completely
⭐️install a new roof frame
⭐️Fit treated backing boards and white facia
⭐️Fix new18mm OSB T&G boards to the deck
⭐️Lay black epdm FIRESTONE rubber cover on the deck and fix black edging and gutter trims.
⭐️New guttering and down pipes
⭐️All rubbish removed from the property

Leaving the customer with a brand new,stress free roof,with a 20 year guarantee👍

⭐️Here’s a little video of a roof I completed a few weeks back for a returning customer in Pontarddulais.

-Removed chimney.
-Stripped old roof.
-Built two new gable ends.
-New roof at the customers choice.
-New facia and guttering.
-Copper strips either side of the ridges to prevent moss growth.

New flat roof completed this week for a customer in pontarddulias

Customer had an old tiled roof, where the trusses had bowed causing the roof to become unsafe! On the customers request I changed this to a new flat roof.

⭐️ Stripped old tiled roof, felt, batons and trusses.
⭐️Fixed new wall plate and joists.
⭐️Treated backing boards and facias.
⭐️Laid new 18mm T & G, OSB deck boards.
⭐️Laid EPDM Firestone rubber roof covering and mew black trims.
⭐️Fitted new guttering and down pipe.

All above work was completed and rubbish removed in just one day!
