Well that’s this mega one done as far as we can go just the slabs and rendering left to do been a pleasure working with the property owners on this project we undertook the following
:all excavation and muck away
:footings for extension
:slab for the extension
:slab for the garden room
:install sleepers
:artificial grass installation
: koi pond (slab and blockwork)
:cut out opening and install steel lintel for garage
: create the ramp upto the garage
: concrete the ramp to the garage
:install new line posts
: laid aco drains
:type 1 stone upto level for patio slabs
