Today's fan install, Cored through an external wall in their bathroom adding an Xpelair humidistat fan with timer on a pull chord isolator as the flat roof above restricted how we ran our cables. Along with a PIV unit installed into the attic feeding positive ventilation into their landing area. This should fix this customers condensation/damp issue.
