Wow over 2 years since our last post😀lots to tell you about in that time. Firstly and sadly we lost our founder and dad Alan Short during this time❤️we had to put most of our lofts on hold last year due to the COVID situation but I’m happy to say that we are back at it🔨🪚and eager to show you what we have been up to. Starting with our latest project, this loft was a hip to gable dormer with a flat roof dormer to the rear. Inside we have a very large bedroom with an en-suite shower room. We also built bespoke shaker wardrobes and provided storage in the eaves to match. We finished it off by changing out the old handrail for new oak rails accompanied by new glass balustrades😍 Great people to work for and the job couldn’t have run any smoother. Thanks for having us😀🔨🔨🪚

Here we have a dormer conversion in Swansea.Our second for this customer😃
The dormer was constructed primarily to allow the stairs to be built over the existing stairs,which means we didn't have to take any space out of the existing bedrooms,but in this instance also allowed enough space to include an en-suite shower room😃we also built the new staircase on site so it fitted and blended with the original perfectly and built bespoke wardrobes and storage into the alcove formed by the new stairs and doorway.whatever your doing this weekend take it easy and have a great Easter 😃🔨🔨🔨

It's been a while since we last posted anything.not because we have been taking it easy though.😀here we have a recent conversion in Swansea to be utilised as a bedroom for two young children.As you can see,as well as creating this light open space we also hand crafted a full bedroom suite,including 2 children's single beds with under bed storage draws,shelving and built in entertainment systems.Two wardrobes and bedside cabinets.All completed on time and in budget😀💪🔨🔨🔨
