NEW WEST CROSS PROJECT .
Extension ⚒️
Roof conversion 🪚
Garden renovation 🧨
Internal knock throughs into a large open living space 🔨

I have decided to share this project with you as it is one of our biggest to date.
Stunning finished project this will be inside and out .

We have been very quiet posting on social media for a while due to too much demand , we just haven’t advertised our work but do have a portfolio full ready to upload from this years work .

Also I would like to say a Big thanks to all of our new, existing and returning customers .

Media wall built for a tv, sound bar and a built in fireplace.
These are my only photos of the job although we did the whole renovation and tv wall , built media wall , all boarding , ceilings over boarded , and skimmed throughout

Pennard project.

From white windows and doors to black windows and doors.
White pvc to black pvc
From white pebble dash to smooth render .
We also knocked through the bottom left window and replaced with patio doors.
Another Lovely transformation .

Penderry project .

As we absolutly Love doing knock throughs . Here is our latest which was completed during November .
Knock through the dividing wall between kitchen and living area . Dig and Pour foundations for the pillars to be built on , build pillars to the structural engineers calculations . Steel installed and Finished with plastering to suit , also floors self levelled .
This job to be the most laid back customer to date who completely put her trust in us from day one and left us to it .
We Couldn’t ask for a better customer , hospitality was amazing and such a pleasure to deal with .
Our customer decided mid job to go for the open steel finish .
Very modern and a great turn out .
Being one of the first to do so , I would like to think this is the 1st of many, open steel projects .

Our customer was thrilled from day one until day finish, always a pleasure . We aim to please ,
We love what we do 🥇 you can’t beat a genuinely nice customer .

Langland project .
We may have been quiet but we have certainly been very busy .
Here is one of our latest projects of this year, we have many more to show you .
On this job we completed it all from start to finish .
Knock down conservatory lean to , construct a new extension , widened the steps and rendered the whole property as one . Cracking job from the team . All organised and arranged by myself . Feel free to get in touch for a free quote .

I must admit I have been slacking with my Work posts as work is so busy.

Last weeks fine down, ‘ smooth finish’ render job in Manselton .
Such a lovely customer .
One of the last render jobs for this year now as the winter is arriving 🥶 was a pleasure to do .

Property in Manselton that was well overdue updating .
A lot of jobs had been started but nothing finished .

On this job we have finished the rendering on the extension that had been started .
It is now finished with the new render parex system.
We painted the top half of the property too match .
Fitted a new rubber roof .
Also cladded underneath the porch roofs.
Massive difference it’s a shame I didn’t take a before photo .
