After a busy few months work has quietened down a bit so if anyone needs any plumbing, gas, bathroom refurbishments or minor building work done, now is the time to contact me before work picks up again.

Cast iron bath removed. All pipe work re newed and re routed. 1800mm x 700mm shower tray installed.
White frost aquamura boards installed. New electric shower and 1800mm shower screen installed. New electrics for shower installed. Disability aids installed.
New white marble effect lvf flooring installed.
One happy customer.
Ceiliing to be painted at a later date.

Ideal logic combi esp1 faulty primary heat exchanger and gas valve.
8 year old persimmon house. Pipe work all buried in stud wall with no access.
Was either put another esp1 in on a 2yr warranty like for like, or fit an ideal atlantic for a few hundred pounds less with a 5 yr warranty. Customer chose the 5yr. Was more work as wall had to be cut and filter fitted. Removable boxing installed for future servicing.
Was a nightmare sorting pipe work. Why new builds have such bad installation designs is beyond me.

Hearth, surround and gas fire install.
Quite a bit of prep work was involved.Back boiler and fire removed, liner and terminal removed, all holes sealed inside fireplace opening and new gs1 terminal imstalled. Wall had to be skimmed and painted.
