Here’s several photos of a severely damaged white liner panel that our CABS Team repaired at a data center in Slough.

The damage occurred when a machine collided with the external wall, causing the panel to cave in and push the internal face outward.

Our team of sprayers had to remove the damaged sections from both sides, repair the area using fiberglass and body filler, and then prime and re-spray the panel.

When the client inspected the completed repair, they were unable to identify which panel had been restored.

Take a look at this!

We encountered white liner panels that were irreplaceable and severely damaged. To salvage them, we had to surgically remove the damaged sections, replace them with fiberglass, apply body filler, create a seamless division line for the new panel, and finally, give it a fresh coat of paint.

The entire repair spanned almost 2 meters in length, yet once completed, it was impossible to discern any disparity between the repaired and the brand-new panels.

Due to the building's grade 2 listed status, there were limitations on replacing elements of the building's façade. Therefore, we opted to spray the feature flashing band instead. All the necessary work was carried out outside of regular hours.

This iconic building holds great historical significance and notably, it is believed to have been the first Ferrari franchise in the UK.

We successfully completed a £500K project within a remarkable timeframe of 4 months. Not only did we finish ahead of schedule, but we also met all the specifications outlined by the client. The job underwent thorough audits, inspections, and received sign-off from renowned paint supplier Sherwin Williams and FIRAS (Warrington Fire). As a result, we were able to provide a certificate of conformity, along with a comprehensive OEM. This package included climatic reports, daily logs, DFT reports, and Inspection Reports, ensuring complete transparency for our client.

The project involved the preparation of 20000M2 of structural steelwork, applying a 60-minute intumescent paint suitable for a C4 construction Phase environment, followed by a topcoat. Additionally, we carried out decorative soffit coating for an area of 2000M2, as well as the treatment of multiple stairwells. Our highly skilled team efficiently completed the majority of the work using MEWPS and Access towers, while accommodating other trades.
