Recently completed a Park home bathroom refit 🚿

Customer reached out to get a full refit on their existing bathroom, previous leak had caused the floor to rot straight through

• Restrengthened joists, installed 2 layers of cement board including insulation.

• Chased all pipework in to maximise the small space - 1st and 2nd fixed all plumbing

• PVC panelled the walls and ceiling

• Installed waterproof LVT

• Spot lights, extractor and led mirror 1st & 2nd fixed

Complete bathroom remodel 🛁🚿

Customer wanted to modernise existing bathroom and divide room in to two to really utilise the huge space.

- Complete rip out of room including knocking down the solid brick enclosure
- Rerun all pipework for new fixtures - pipework all hidden
- Built stud partition & boxed off wall for new concealed shower valve & custom shelf
- Walls & ceiling boarded & skimmed
- Tanked complete shower area
- Walls & floor tiled in slate effect
- 2nd fixed all plumbing

Complete renovation done ✅

- Suite removed, 3 layers of tiles hacked off
- walls reboarded and full skim of walls and ceiling
- floor boards strengthened and cement boarded
- walls tiled half height including capped off with a metro border
- 1st and 2nd fixing of all plumbing
- LVT flooring installed
- LED light installed
- Walls & Ceiling painted

🚿 Customers downstairs shower was leaking

- Removed old tray, electric shower and basin
- First fixed for thermostatic shower and compact vanity
- Installed new cement base, cement boarded the walls
- Panelled walls in PVC wall panels.
- Second fixed shower bar valve with overhead rainfall shower, bifold enclosure and compact vanity

🪚 Kitchen floor

Removed vinyl tiles & installed LVT rigid core flooring

🔥 Installed 2 new column rads including new pipe runs & hob installation

Another bath to shower conversion completed 🚿

- Removed existing suite, vinyl floor and wall tiles
- Reboarded and skimmed walls
- Installed wall panels from The Panel Company
- 1st & 2nd fixing of new suite from Castle Plumbing Supplies, vanity & basin from IKEA
- new light, pvc skirting installed along with all accessories

The room feels a lot brighter & modern!

Customer even treated us to a Chinese takeaway to say thanks 🍜

Quick bathroom refresh ✅

Customer had a leak on existing shower and a concrete step in to the shower area

- Removed existing tray, enclosure and concrete step
- Boxed off shower wall to hide previously exposed pipework
- Panelled full room to customers specification
- self levelled the floor & installed herringbone LVT
- Installed new tray & enclosure, reinstalled existing toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet
