🔄 WHAT’S THE NEXT BEST THING TO A 5-STAR REVIEW?
A CUSTOMER WHO COMES BACK.

And that’s exactly where we were yesterday.

The first time around, these customers chose Windowmaker for four windows at the rear of their home.

During that installation, they asked our experienced fitting team whether they should also replace their bay window.

After inspecting it, our installers gave them a simple answer:

🏡 From an extension in Bridgend to internal French doors in Clydach — and another wonderful 5-star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There’s so much happening at Windowmaker, but nothing is more rewarding than seeing our customers genuinely happy with their purchase.

We had a rocky start to this week’s schedule, but we kept our customers informed and fitted their new French doors yesterday. Thankfully, they told us they were well worth the wait — and were delighted enough to leave us a fantastic review.

Their conservatory previously felt like an extension of the living room. Now, with their new internal French doors, they can close it off whenever they choose and enjoy it as a separate room.

🚪 Not installation work this time—this is what’s happening behind the scenes at Windowmaker.

We’ve been overrun with doors today, with 10 manufactured in total:

✅ Six Agate Grey entrance doors, featuring a combination of low aluminium and low PVC thresholds, thumb-turn locks and panic-bar hardware
✅ Two more on the rack, ready for hinging and final assembly
✅ Two sets of French doors being prepared for next week

It’s been another extremely busy week—but, in between production, the lads still found time to invest in their training and successfully complete:

👏 CITB Health, Safety and Environment training
👏 Level 1 TLM Health and Safety in a Construction Environment

Most of the doors seen are manufactured by us here in Swansea, while our composite doors are carefully sourced from our trusted supplier Vista Panels Ltd— but every one is supplied and installed to the standards we expect at Windowmaker.
