Unfortunately this property had a Korniche roof lantern installed very messily by an unresponsive builder. there were multiple leaks to the frame. We dissected the window, constructed a new frame, installed new rubber and taped the window to a much better standard. We also corrected the gutter with a new outlet as the flow was wrong.

Happy to make this family home watertight.
