The Combat Cleaners Ltd are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.

This is not your average cleaning role. We specialise in Airbnb and holiday let changeovers, where attention to detail, presentation and guest experience are everything.

Working Days

✅ Friday
✅ Saturday
✅ Sunday
✅ Monday

Hours

Hours are allocated based on bookings and property schedules. Additional hours may be available during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Completing Airbnb and holiday let changeovers
* Making beds to a high standard
* Dressing properties ready for guest arrival
* Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
* Reporting maintenance issues and damages
* Following company checklists and standards
* Taking photo evidence upon completion
* Ensuring every property is guest-ready and presented to a 5-star standard

What We’re Looking For

✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
✔ Driving licence preferred

🌞 What a week it’s been during the May half-term holidays! 🌞

While many people have been enjoying a well-earned break, our team at The Combat Cleaners Ltd have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to ensure guests arriving across South Wales are welcomed into spotless, picture perfect properties.

This week alone, our amazing team successfully completed 45 holiday let changeovers for our wonderful hosts and that’s not including our commercial cleaning, deep cleans, construction cleans, office cleans and all the other work happening in between!

Every bed perfectly made, every bathroom sparkling, every detail checked and every property guest-ready. We know that first impressions matter, and we’re proud to play a part in helping our hosts achieve those all-important 5-star guest experiences.

The Combat Cleaners Ltd are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Operations Supervisor / Head Cleaner to join our growing team.

This is not just a cleaning role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, maintain exceptionally high standards and ensure jobs are completed to Combat Cleaners standards every single time.

Responsibilities include:

✔ Leading cleaners on-site✔ Ensuring company checklists and systems are followed✔ Carrying out quality checks before jobs are signed off✔ Uploading photo evidence after cleans✔ Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages✔ Supporting and guiding team members on-site✔ Reporting issues directly to management✔ Ensuring our military-standard approach is maintained
