A stunning back garden renovation by Aaron Rees Davies yet again.
which we completed the resin install on, never a straight forward one with Aaron chucking in some led lights on this one around the border 😅
All preperation work was done for us so a 14mm permeable tarmac we used as our base finished off with a midnight sky border infilled with silver birch ☺️

Woke up extra early today on my day off which Is not surprising, finally being able to have 5 minutes to post 1 of our jobs we’ve completed a few weeks back.

This is 1 of our garden transformations we completed a few weeks back for Keiran & Sara.

Digging out both tiers replacing the grass with astroturf with a stylish curved resin pathway with cobbles on either side

Then replacing the slabbed patio area & steps with a fully permeable resin install along with some resin copings & also filling in the planters & finishing with resin which can either now be used as a seating area or somewhere for Sara to place her plants etc.

Colour :- silver birch

Driveway upgrade for Kenny at sketty

After renovating the property over the last year or so Kenny got in touch for the finishing touch of the property.

A Resin driveway was just that, with kenny just wanting the one colour throughout we got striaght to work preparing the old driveway.

•full dig out
•correct sub base at correct depth
•drainage channels across property
•double cobble natural stone border across boundary line
•single natural stone cobble edging to create a planter area
• soil supplied & placed ready for customer to add some colour
•base & top coat tarmac creating a large 3 car driveway area.

86sqm Patio area completed for Conrad at aberdare.

With most of the prep work done for us on this one it was a simple case of adding some more type 1 to level the area we also added the natural stone pillars around the pergola posts finished off with a Indian sand stone slab.
We then laid the 14ml open grade tarmac before completing the area with a resin bound surface using the colour sunshine ☀️

A full wrap around handed back over to Owen at Bishopston.

We prepared this driveway in December getting it to tarmac so our customers could have a solid platform & clean area over the Christmas period & we’ve recently returned whilst the weather has gotten better to lay the final resin top layer throughout.

With a complete dig out required we
•removed 32 tonne
•added a new MOT type 1 sub base
•edging kerbs creating the path’s to the customers required width
•footings & wall built finished with a charcoal grey slate coping at the front
•small retaining wall at the rear for a patio area from the patio doors
•steps created leading down to the garden area
•wall finished in a smooth render painted white
•drainage channels fitted across the front & side of property
•base & top coat tarmac driveway area
•14mm permeable tarmac throughout creating a fully permeable base
•finished off with a resin bound installation using Glamorgan pink

Upgrade for this Front patio area & steps at St. thomas for Sara & Gary.

Hand dug the patio area in which we added a new sub base along with a 14mm permeable tarmac base layer.

Pressure washed the original solid stone steps along with the stone walls of the garden.

Completed with a full resin bound patio area & steps, minimal maintenance, slip resistant, w**d free not forgetting a grand entrance.

A full garden renovation we have just completed at St. Thomas

•Retaining wall raised to create a 2 tier garden rather than 3
•Block paving removed from both areas
•MOT type 1 sub base added throughout
•20sqm Indian sand stone patio & copings
•14mm open grade permeable tarmac base layer
•garden walls finished in a smooth render ready for our customer to paint to a colour of their choice
•17 steps shuttered & finished off with a 2 tone resin step
•10” border around the lower patio area with a 🌟 in the centre
•full resin bound installation on the side path, lower patio area, steps & top path leading to the back entrance.

Just the glass balustrade to go around the top tier patio area for Vicky & they can enjoy this now beautiful garden ☀️

A base & top tarmac job we recently completed at Llanedi.

A quick turn around on this project.
•out with the decorative chippings
•new sub base added
•string line from corner to corner to create a good line for us to place some cobbles in line with the existing driveway creating a seperate area for the new tarmac area.
•base & top coat tarmac at correct depth for vehicle use 67 sqm
