Recently converted Ebeneezer Chapel, Henrietta St, Swansea converted into 6 flats with full Design & Build package of new electrical installation including electric storage heating to all flats 8 zone fire alarm system, emergency lighting to all corridors and exit routes and intercom system for each flat.

My son always says to me what did you do in work today Dad.So part of today's job was 2nd fix consumer unit and test the house. All backed up with NICEIC & Part P certificates and 6 year guarantee.

For those of you that use Approved Contractors like our company that's great for us and the industry.

For those of you that don't use Approved Contractors - ask yourself this.
Did you get any certification.
Did you get any guarantees.
Does he/she carrying out the work have insurance.

And most importantly if anything does go wrong and you have a major catastrophe, there is no way in the world your insurance company will cover your claim if there are no certificates to cover the work.

Think again if you don't use an approved contractor because it could cost you a lot of money down the line.
