Job Description:
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative operations, including email correspondence and enquiry handling
- Booking quotation visits and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date company diary
- Liaising with managers and site operatives to ensure sites are fully staffed and attended
- Supporting payroll processes by logging sickness, absences, and timesheet information
- Maintaining employee files and records in line with company procedures
- Coordinating uniforms and PPE for staff
- Managing company marketing and social media channels, ensuring messages are responded to promptly
- Providing general administrative support to management and construction teams
- Assisting with organisation and upkeep of warehouse and storage areas
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable using email, calendars and basic office software
What We Offer:
- Part-time or full-time hours available, depending on the candidate
- Hourly rate: £13
