A huge shout-out to The Forces Group, which won a National Business Award last week at the ICC in Birmingham! 🏆

The award recognises organisations that help other business owners grow and succeed. It’s a proud moment for everyone across Lockforce, Pestforce and Washforce.

At the heart of the award entry were the stories of local business owners. Building a successful business has helped people across the network spend more time with family, gain greater financial security, employ others and grow in confidence.

Congratulations to the team at The Forces Group and to the local business owners and teams whose hard work made this possible. Thank you, too, to every customer who chooses to support a local business. 👏

Fantastic service, came out a few days after I moved in to change the locks. Had some issues with other windows/doors which Craig sorted, no problem. There was no hard sell for new handles where I though I needed it, in fact quite the opposite. He gave his honest opinion that what we had was sufficient.

Highly recommended!

Lockforce were excellent. Craig responded to my enquiry immediately, came and resolved my problem quickly (faulty lock, difficulties getting in the house), gave sound advice, and very fairly priced. Craig was also lovely, personable and very helpful, he made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. He did an excellent job, my door has since been functioning well and I am very grateful for the service I received from Lockforce. From my experience, they are a trustworthy and reliable service and I would highly recommend them. Exceptional! Thank you Craig.

Craig arrived promptly and discovered the issue quickly and managed to fix it there and then . He gave a thorough explanation of why the problem had occurred and made good sense. Such a relief! Would wholeheartedly recommend
