My customer had complained that when there hot water was on there heating came on as well, with no way of controlling this separately it meant they were having to open the windows to loose the heat or risk having cold showers 🥶 i diagnosed it as a faulty 3 port diverted valve which was replaced and now it is all back up and running correctly hopefully saving them some money as well! 💷🛠
