We have been investigating scratching under the floor in a local building and look at the damage they have been doing to the insulation! The drains were blocked and had holes in enabling rats to get around... we explored under the floor with an endoscope and baited, then refitted the floor and carpet. One little fella even came and said hi to the camera!
