Following Boris’s announcement this evening we would like to inform all our customers that we will be open and operating a full service through out lock down 3.0!!!!!!

Our customers and our staff’s safety will remain our top priority and we will continue to follow the government guidelines and safety recommendations .

As the UK goes into a second National Lockdown, Tradessmart will remain open online and in branch where it is safe to do so.

The Prime Minister has emphasised the importance of the construction materials supply chain for the UK’s critical infrastructure, to ensure our country's homes and businesses are kept warm, dry and secure. We maintain operating legitimacy as a business that provides vital support to the construction industry.

We’re confident in our supply chain to keep our stock levels as healthy as possible. We ask you to support us by working closely with our branch teams on your order requirements, avoiding the temptation to over order at this time.

Our number one priority remains to maintain the safety of our colleagues and customers, following Government advice and precautionary measures. Please continue to follow social distancing, hygiene and face covering protocols when visiting us

Thank you for your continuing support, we would like to provide you with an update on our actions regarding COVID-19. As you know, after assessing the operational impact on the safety and wellbeing of our employees, and you our customer,
PROTECTING PEOPLE IN BRANCH
NEW BRANCH OPERATING GUIDELINES
Our new health and safety measures are all based on Government guidance regarding social distancing for retail and logistics businesses. When visiting one of our branches please adhere to the following:
• Please try and pre-order on the branch phone number. (or email), We are also still open to you if you haven’t pre-ordered.
• Once on site, whether you have pre-ordered or not, we will operate a 1-in-1-out service.
• Please follow the instructions on signs around the site, they are for your health & safety.
• Please always observe the 2-metre distancing, there are marks on the floor to help you.
• Stand 2-metres back from the counter area.
• There is hand sanitizer at the counters, please use it if you are handling cash.
Our ability to support our customers and colleagues will be monitored closely each week and we will update you regularly on any developments in our branch network.
