From keeping on top of compliance, bookings and customer care, to managing finances, invoicing, data entry, emails and calls — there’s not much that gets past her!

But most importantly… she’s in charge of looking after John 😂❤️

She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is a huge part of the team. We’re very lucky to have her! 🥰

With the right people around me, Emerald is growing day by day.

We’re not just keeping up with the industry we’re investing, learning and staying ahead of it.

Being one of the first Platinum CorkSpray installers in the South West is a massive achievement for the team, and in the coming weeks I’ll be heading to Denmark to train as one of the first mould testing laboratories in the South West.

We’re building something different. Not just treating the symptoms, but finding the root cause with the latest technology and bringing solutions that many people haven’t even seen yet.

I genuinely can’t explain how excited I am for this winter. While others will be reacting to damp and mould problems, we’ll be ready with the knowledge, the equipment and the team to make a real difference.

Massive thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. This is only the beginning.

Onwards and upwards. 💚
