Looking into why the ceiling had mould on it so 530 on a Friday (cooler time to be up here) and I’m on top of a roof and what’s the chances a gaping hole and a join that has no mortar in it 👍🏻

The wood is wet so let’s leave it exposed for a while to dry naturally and see if we can’t block a few gaps in the mean time 👍🏻

Another full on day yesterday in and about in Gloucester then back into Swindon to start some maintenance on our Cypriot clients house, go and assess some fire damage and to answer an emergency call out in W.Bassett.
9pm finish but some days you gotta make it happen.

Well it’s Monday on a Tuesday and already sorted out a structural engineer for Bristol, waste disposal in Swindon, picked up a ground floor refit in Swindon and spoke to another client who we met when we were in Cyprus. Life is good now I have to ring the owner of a stately home in Neath. Life is good.

What a Friday that was Bristol for 2 jobs, Gloucester for 1 job and Worcester for 2 jobs. We were recommended for a reinstatement in Worcester by the client whose house had been flooded. The whole day was mad but so rewarding. Structure issues in Bristol, mould in Gloucester and water issues in Worcester. Oh and we picked up a little ceiling job in Swindon.

We love working and pick up a lot of extras at our customers request because we don’t turn up and say yes it’s damp we give a precise and correct diagnosis. We report every defect we find and we are impartial. This way of working means that we approach every job as a blank canvas and will carry out the investigation from scratch.

The one below in the photo is an old case which we diagnosed but what are your thoughts on it 👍🏻
