Addressing emergency call outs related to electrical faults consistently presents unique challenges. Following a thorough consultation with the client and an initial assessment, we successfully identified the root cause of the issue. It was determined that an additional socket had been improperly installed, utilizing an unsuitable cable.

The situation presented a significant safety risk, as this improper installation could have readily led to a fire; fortunately, such an incident was averted. We promptly rectified the problem by using appropriately sized cabling and junction boxes. Subsequently, we conducted a series of comprehensive tests to ensure the integrity and safety of the entire system.

This successful resolution resulted in another satisfied client.
