Another job wrapped up in Tattershall, concrete paradise🌴

The customer wanted a low maintenence garden and asked it to be completely concreted with a bit of character.

Aco drains set 2inch lower and expansions enveloped to create the fall from all sides ensuring no water will sit on the pad.

Drainage job completed at Tattershall MOT centre today.

Paul had issues with his soak away for a while and since we had recently installed a sewage treatment plant on site our over flow that used to pick up the soakaway came in handy to connect the house waste straight on and get rid of the old soakaway, solving the issue, backfilling with 6f5 and piping straight over it. We also connected the garage toilet into this system.

C28/35 Concrete supplied by AMS Build Concrete

Pipes and Chambers laid on a pea gravel bed and surrounded correctly before adding concrete for that firm hold so no movement before we poured the concrete.

Dowel bars drilled into existing concrete to tie in nicely for strength.

Job completed in Ruskington today ✅️

Driveway extension for camper van!

6mx7.5m concrete pad 6 inch with reinformenct fibres finished with a brushed finish and beveled edge. 6 inch sub base down.

Paving needed lifting as it had sunk over the years and we needed a nice gradual ramp up to the concrete, area was Scraped off more stone added and laid on a 40mm concrete screed.
Resin acos installed to stop the water pooling on the drive which was obviously causing problems, we connected the drainage into the customer's soakaway.
