Two UPVC gear boxes changed today. Both doors locked shut, forced open without causing any damage to the door or frame and fixed within the hour.

Been out to an elderly couple today, someone tried to break in to their house last night. They got the door open but were disturbed and ran off. I can't stress enough the importance of getting some Anti Snap locks fitted. Which they now have, making them more secure.

Nothing like putting the smile on a customers face, UPVC Gearbox failure on a Sunday, front door wont open. on site within 30 mins all sorted within the hour and guaranteed for a year. The door needed a bit of adjusting, the customer said the door never locked that easy.
