Minehead job all finished, just waiting for the scaffolding to come down.
Full re render, all cement removed, repairs carried out, re rendered and lime washed.
Exposed brick plinth and re pointed.

A range of issues On this one.
Render had to be removed,walls propped, repaired and re built in areas. Lintles replaced.
plaster in the kitchen and bathroom removed due to structural problems,new Larth and plaster ceiling installed in the kitchen,
Walls re plastered in traditional non hydraulic plaster.
A classic example why the correct materials should be used on older houses.
Full repairs carried out using the correct materials.
