Location: Creech St Michael, Taunton
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer relations and a knack for technology? Complete Connectrix Electrical Ltd, a well-established electrical contractor in Creech St Michael, Taunton, is seeking a confident and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer Relations: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, handling enquiries and providing excellent service.
• Tech Savvy: Assist with day-to-day operations using our CRM/Job Management system. Full training will be provided.
• Administrative Support: Undertake various admin tasks including call handling, scheduling, form filling, ordering materials and assisting directors with various admin tasks.
• General Office Duties: Light cleaning, housekeeping, and assisting in maintaining an organised office environment.
• Financial Support: Chasing payments, invoicing and managing minor bookkeeping tasks.
• Communication: Conduct customer feedback calls and follow-up calls for outstanding estimates.
• Social Media Management: Engage in basic social media management activities to enhance our online presence.
REQUIREMENTS
• Confident and friendly with excellent customer service skills.
• Reasonably tech-savvy with the willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Full-time position, with flexibility on working hours or days for the right candidate.
• Own transport required for commuting to and from our office in Creech St. Michael. Taunton. TA3 5PX
• Training provided with opportunities for career progression, potentially into an Office Manager role as the business continues to grow.
