Job 2 of 2 today , an emergency call out found this vaillant in bad shape with an internal leak soaking the pcb. Customer decided to have the boiler changed due to the age of the boiler .
Within 24 hours we have the old boiler out and new eco ( hydrogen ready ) navien installed and hot water and heating running again .

Shocking to see that ‘reputable engineers’ are still installing unsafe items. This cylinder was found on a emergency call out when a mechanical fitting had blown apart….
Installation engineers had thought it to be ok to block off the safety valves with a cap…. Wow!
These are safety valves for a reason!!
We quickly rectified the problem and left the customer knowing she had a safe installation at last. BE SAFE NOT SORRY
