The next LPG Vaillant boiler and unvented hot water cylinder fitted and fully commissioned in a local holiday Park, this boiler housing unit is supplying hot water and heating to four Chalets with independent room thermostats and radiator thermostats in each Chalet.
A bronze pump and secondary hot water secondary return installed to allow instant hot water to all chalets.
Frost protection installed within the unit, pipework to be insulated before the cold weather returns!

A new replacement Grant Vortex Utility conventional 26-46KW Oil boiler installed in the North Curry area.
This new Boiler is feeding a large heating with the last radiators on the system struggling to heat up on the old system so we have fitted a new Grundfos light commercial Central heating pump and carried out a general balance of the heating system along with a system flush of the system as required to resolve this for our client as part of the new installation job.
We have also renewed system controls including a new S plan system instead of the existing Y plan and kept it on a sealed system.
We have also installed a new wiring centre and carried out some tidying up of the electrics as requested from our initial look at the job.
As always recommended we also fitted a system filter to help protect the new boiler and controls for future maintenance.
I just about remembered to take some before photos on this job so have a couple new install photos on the bottom right with a couple of the old install on the left.
This customer very kindly left us a five star review which is always appreciated.

A nice little project started in a local holiday park.
The customer wanted to build a small boiler room on the end of a block of four chalets to install LPG.
Installed in the boiler housing as requested, supplied by our client is a Vaillant LPG heat only conventional boiler on a sealed S Plan heating system with 210 Litre unvented hot water cylinder to supply the four chalets with central heating and hot water, a separate zone valve, room thermostat and individual radiator thermostats are also installed to each Chalet to meet energy efficiency requirements.
Hot water secondary return pump and pipework has also been installed to allow instant hot water to all chalets and to cope with the demand of future hot water needs for shower rooms and kitchenettes within the chalets.
Installed on the rear of the boiler housing is two 36KG propane bottles with a new automatic changeover kit.

Some photos of the first installation of a few to do on the holiday park, this boiler and cylinder install has been flushed and fully commissioned with landlord gas certification in place.
I will be returning to the job to insulate pipework as required inline with starting the other installs.

I would like to take this opportunity to mark 10 years since the first start of my business A.Stewart Plumbing & Heating Services.
Established November 2010.
As other businesses will know there are lots of highs and lows in gaining a successful business, along with putting in those extra hours no-one sees!
This past 10 years I have strived to provide an excellent personal customer service with a quality workmanship undertaking Gas, LPG and Oil works along with vented/unvented hot water and cold water plumbing systems, heating system installations and maintenance in my private clients and landlords homes across Somerset through recommendations and advertisement.
I should really try to post and advertise alot more than what I do! Although it can be challenging to work the long hours and be able to sort the advertisement side of the business too!

Recent job complete in the Bridgwater- Somerset area. New A Rated Vaillant Combination Condensing gas boiler installed in the upstairs airing cupboard replaces Conventional Oil boiler located in the downstairs utility cupboard. New Gas main supply pipe installed to the property, existing Oil tank, Oil supply pipe and boiler disconnected and removed for our client. Pipework alterations carried out to new boiler location, existing water storage tanks disconnected and removed, new thermostatic radiator valves fitted to improve system efficiency and new Vertical flue installed in the loft space, as required. Existing Powermax natural gas boiler replaced by Vaillant Condensing Combination boiler located in a block of flats in the Massingham Park- Taunton area. Our client requested a new combination boiler in the airing cupboard as the existing boiler was unreliable and frequently breaking down. A new flue system was installed within the ceiling area with inspection hatches in place to comply with current gas regulations. [ 34 more words ]

Boiler breakdowns are also being attended and repairs carried when necessary as requested by our clients. Landlord gas safety checks and inspections also carried out with certificates provided. New Vaillant gas boiler installation in Taunton, Somerset area. This new Combination boiler replaces regular floor standing boiler running on a constant pilot light. New energy and customer save rating being an A and more importantly bringing those annual fuel costs down.
