Looking back at this install we shared with you last month, has us thinking, most people will never see pipework like this once the job is finished!

But that doesn't stop our team, we still believe it should be done properly. 👌

On this project our installation team completely redesigned and rebuilt the control and pipework layout from scratch, to make the most of the efficiency available from the new boiler. Their attention to detail really shows!

From symmetrical copper runs and correctly supported pipework, to labelled wiring and accessible controls, every part of this install was designed with long-term reliability, serviceability and neatness in mind.

Anyone can hide pipework behind boxing or inside cupboards, the real test is whether it still looks good when everything is left exposed.

Quality workmanship isn’t always the quickest, or cheapest way of doing things, but it’s the right way.

40+ years of heating this home… and the difference speaks for itself! 👀

This old Trianco boiler had certainly done its time, but it wasn’t just inefficient in fuel usage — it was inefficient in its use of space too.

By redesigning the layout completely, we’ve transformed this cramped plant room into a far cleaner, more serviceable and far more efficient heating system.

A boiler change does not have to be boring!

When we replaced this customer’s boiler, they were already redecorating and saw it as the perfect opportunity to bring the heating system up to date at the same time.

Rather than simply replacing like-for-like, they chose darker anthracite radiators to complement the muted green wall panelling, and we think the finished look works brilliantly!

A beautiful bathroom recently supplied and installed by our team.

The customer had a clear vision for a bathroom that sat somewhere between modern and classic country styling, and we think the finished result works brilliantly.

The deep navy vanity unit, LED backlit mirror, timber-effect flooring and stone-finish bath splashback all come together really well. The LED downlighting to the bath panel is a particularly nice finishing touch.

We carried out the supply and installation of the sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings, helping bring the customer’s chosen design to life.

First fix done right! 🔧

Worried a modern system wont fit in with your period home? 🏠 Fear not! We have the skills to adapt any home 🦸

In these images you can see just a few of the upgrades that this beautiful stone built cottage on the edge of Dartmoor has benefitted from. Not just classic looking column rads and polished brass pipe clips, as usual every element was carefully considered 👨‍🔬

The brand new Worcester Bosch condensing LPG boiler was selected after a detailed analysis of available technologies with the homeowner, and carefully located within a tucked away cupboard, so as to be out of sight during day to day use of the property.

When choosing an LPG fired boiler, the customer was aware of other technologies and mentioned that they may consider them in the future, as technology develops. So we helped them save money down the road by sizing all of the radiators carefully as heat pump suitable 😁

This has the added bonus that the new condensing boiler can operate a lower flow temperature than standard, and use even less gas to heat the home! Less gas = cheaper running costs 🏅

Hybrid heating = the best of both worlds 🔥❄️

We’ve just installed this Worcester Bosch Gas & Heat pump "hybrid" system – combining a gas combi to supply instant hot water, with an air source heat pump that works for heating.

Some of the pictures we get of finished works make us so proud!

Looking back at it, this job required a touch of finesse. Upgrading the old range cooker fed heating, to a modern high efficiency boiler, powered by the "off grid" option of LPG.

You can clearly see the pride our engineers take in their work, from the flawlessly soldered fittings, the pulled bends on the new pipework to avoid unnecessary resistance, to the properly insulated condense waste pipe, complete with air gap into the available drainage.

As you can see from the freshly hoovered carpet in the finished bedroom, we go above and beyond when it comes to looking after our customers homes!
