Back to my roots and the madness 💥💪

This will be a little work in progress kind of job / project

But to start, it needed a good strim down to as low as it would go pulled whatever weeds I could for this visit but as you can see its grass weeds and all sorts 🥵 with massive patches and cracks

But on the next visit, I will give it a rough cut with the mower and hopefully drop some grass seeds down and see if I can get them patches covered with some green

( The customer wants this as a sitting )

Little job from last year I haven't posted!!

I'm not sure why people use that fake flashing that isn't even lead? Was causing damage to the inside of the roof - so I cut out and removed the old flashing made a nice new cut for the new lead to be replaced and sealed in also removed the old felt and cut out a new patch ready for the whole roof to be done this year 💪🤞

so I got the post back in to place and levelled back up. The only thing I could think of was extra long screws and a strong wooden block to hold it down into place, he says 🤞 🤣

Love a good little maintenance job and being able to fix something without always replacing

Maintenance work at this property, and it's all about the holes 😰

TVs on walls are all fun and games until the wall is left like this!!

Filled in - sanded and smoothed down - Then gave the wall x2 coats of fresh white paint (still wet when finished pictures was taken)

So before I could even cut this grass, I had to take some of the hedge off 🥵 growing like wild this year, that's for sure

But all tidied and fresh looking, all strimmed down the sides and under the hedge, then gave a good mow to keep up with the maintenance on this site

Close to the wall finish so it's neat - maybe a major cut next year and make smaller for less maintenance

The bath tub has dropped, and the floor is rotting!

Got asked if I could do something with this to make it safe for a short time until they fit a new bathroom?

Floor beams, either side, are strong? So I lifted the bath, cut away the old base, and got a thick plank of wood to sit across the beams so it's safe and won't fall through the ceiling 🤙 short-term fix only???

But all done and safe and put back together like I wasn't even there 😎
